Terms of Service

Welcome to MineSeeds (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is a community-driven Minecraft seed sharing platform.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their related entities.

"Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

Some features of the Service may require users to create an account.

Users are responsible for managing their account information at their own risk and are responsible for all activities conducted under their account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts without prior notice if we determine that a user has violated these Terms.

By posting seeds, comments, or other content (hereinafter referred to as "User Content") on the Service, users grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content for the purposes of operating the Service.

Users represent and warrant that they have the lawful rights to post their User Content.

Users are solely responsible for the content of their User Content.

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

- Acts that infringe upon the rights or interests of other users or third parties

- Posting false or misleading information

- Acts that impose excessive load on the Service’s servers or networks

- Unauthorized access, hacking, cracking, or attempts thereof

- Security-related activities such as vulnerability scanning, exploitation, or reverse engineering

- Automated access or operation using bots, scripts, or similar means, unless expressly permitted by us

- Acts that interfere with or may interfere with the operation of the Service

If any of the above acts are confirmed, we may take necessary measures without prior notice, including content removal, account suspension, or access restriction.

We may remove or make private any User Content, in whole or in part, as deemed necessary.

We may change, suspend, or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, without prior notice to users.

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the security of the Service, we shall not be liable for damages caused by unauthorized access, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen incidents by third parties.

We may modify these Terms as necessary.

Revised Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Service, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan as the court of first instance.
